Not professional at all, called 3 times this week and ask them to change my phone number but they didn’t ! So no one ever called me back for the delivery, now I have to pay a taxi to get my package, I am now thanks to TNT working as a delivery man ! They apparently do not understand that you can not stay at home and wait all day long for a delivery I recommand any other delivery compagny except this one ! It’s been 10 days that I’m waiting for a package they have

Dacă as putea sa dau 0 stele cu drag dar 1 e minimul. Nici nu știu cu ce sa încep, operatorii sau șoferii? Am sunat de peste 5 ori și am avut norocul ca fiecare operator sa aibă o scuza diferita pentru necolectare. Nu ii recomand, eu personal nu ii voi mai folosi în viitor. Sunt și alte opțiuni.
