Absolutely horrible experience - instead of having Canadian employees and Canadian efficiency you're forced to deal with the usual Romanian incompetence because of their Romanian employees. Both disappointing and completely unacceptable at the same time.

Although I got my paperwork on time, it was somewhat nervewrecking that you could not talk to anyone over the phone as my deadline was nearing. They did, however, answer my emails promptly.
