Fast end good services, but very difficult to find the office.

I made an order of clothes from an online e-commerce (Sports Direct) on 23rd of January and payed 30 euros for a standard 3-5 working days delivery to Bucharest, Romania. It's now 1st of February and I still have no sign of my parcel. Apart from the biggest price for a delivery from all other websites I've ordered from, I received a tracking link (in Bulgarian) which didn't work, always saying there is no information about my parcel, no customer support whatsoever, no contact phone so I can ask about my package. I just received an email from them saying my package will arrive on 28th of January, which is 4 days ago. The only useful information in that email is the link to this facebook page which is why I'm writing this review. Their website provides no customer support whatsoever. Nice delivery service for 30 bucks. I just hope my package will arrive at some point.
Very weird experience.... delivery delays from bulgaria to Bucharest with 2 days and the guy calls me to tell me he is in vacation and will bring me the package in Monday...... econt in Romania - NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Nu cred ca exista o firma de curier mai slab pregatita!!! Soferul nu a putut astepta 2 minute pana sa ii platesc coletul si a plecat. Apoi am sunat si mi-a spus ca livrarile lui s-au terminat pe ziua respectiva. Drept concluzie: Doamne fereste!
Comanda facuta de la Sportsdirect ( Anglia- Romania), dupa mai bine de o luna de asteptat, a sosit si pachetul la sediul din Bucuresti, si asta dupa ce am tot intrebat in stanga si dreapta la SportsDirect despre pachetul meu. Chiar daca pachetul era in Bucuresti, baietii de la ECONT s-au decis sa predea pachetul la Fancurier si sa actualizeze comanda ca si LIVRAT. Dupa o saptamana de asteptat, nu am fost contactat de fancurier sau econt, a trebuit sa sun eu si sa tot insist pentru pachetul meu pe banii mei, domnii de la ECONT tot insistau ca pachetul a fost livrat, ca numarul de telefon nu e corect, ca nu stiu ce. Si intr-un final am fost contactat de fancurier, ca cica imi vor livra pachetul azi, WOW. Nu credeam vreodata ca exista ceva mai prost ca posta Romana, dar se pare ca ECONT e pe departe cel mai prost serviciu de curierat pe care l-am folosit. Evitati pe cat necesar sa folositi compania asta.
