Sehr höfliche Leute, alles wunderbar gelaufen vom Anfang zum Schluss. Die haben schnell geantwortet und Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Es besteht die Möglichkeit daß die selber das Fahrrad abholen da wo ihr seid und falls das Akku lehr geht wird eine geliefert. Kann sie nur herzlich empfehlen!
