The business is professional, but also a bit curt. They speak English very well. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because how disgusting the outside entrance is. There is bird poop everywhere before entering the building! Somebody just needs to use some hot water and a mop to make it look presentable in less than 20 minutes. Ugh.
