I have beeen in Romania for just over 4 weeks and this was by far the best meal I have had. The fish was perfectly cooked. The chef asked how much chilli I would like in the sauce and served it exactly to my taste. The home made bread had a fine, soft crumb and chewy crust. The salad was fresh and crunchy. The chef used exactly the same ingredients as are found all over Romania, but he cooked them thoughtfully. I highly reccommend this little restaurant where the chef cares what you eat.
