I've printed there before a couple of years ago without any issue. This time, I've had to print 100 photos. After going back and forth to convert the images to a 8 bit depth, because the printer wouldn't recognize 16 bit, I've presented the photos. The man helping me with the print offered to auto correct the photos, given that some of them were badly lit when shot and even though I've graded them in Lightroom before coming to print, I trusted his experience and being pressed by time to deliver them I accepted. The service was fast and everything was done in under 40 minutes, but when I arrived, I've noticed that some of the photos were overexposed and desaturated compared to the originals. I am reluctant now to recommend their services, but I recommend them to maybe do a test with the customer first and then complete the entire job before doing their own color correction.

There's only one word that can best describe my experience here : nightmarish. I went there in order to scan a couple of official documents and have them sent to me by e-mail in pdf format. I paid and left. Waited for the e-mail to arrive nothing, 1 hour passed, then another and another and so.on after about three hours still nothing. I called to make them aware of the fact that I didn't receive my documents. They said ok we'll be sending them now, nothing, after about 20 minutes nothing after about an hour I called again oh we're sorry our colleague wrote your e-mail address wrongly please let's correct it together and you'll get the documents sent to you. I finally got the scanned documents and then surprise surprise, both documents were nicely fitted in one unique pdf documents. I thought it was common knowledge that official documents need to be scanned individually and the scan converted into pdf for every document separately. I looked like a person who doesn't know that to the person I needed to send the documents to. Highly not recommended, I repeat Not Recommended. Avoid this place at all costs if possible they will ruin your documents and reputation
Very good quality printing service, fast and with a good price. The staff is very helpful and can assist with customized solutions if needed. They have a wide variety of products and services and are very flexible, while the job is done on time.

Been 45 mins in line after telling that they don't do A3 color scans. No respect to customers. Din at the corner shop in p. Romana in 5 mins no problems.
