The place was very loud not because of the customers or the music but because of the staff. I think they thought they could speak loud because there were only three customers inside. It doesn't matter how many customers there are. They have to respect even if there is only one! The coffee wasn't good at all. White hot chocolate the same. I can't understand why their mark is 4.7 on Google Maps! There are definitely better spots for coffee. I don't recommend.

I've been here multiple times in the last few months ans I think I'll keep coming back. This is not the kind of place you come for eating healthy, as the majority of the foods are based on fries, burgers, nachos and so on. On the other hand, the prices are quite good (I was amazed how cheap was my last meal taken there). I think this is one of the best places from Constanta, if you want to get out with your friends and have some fun, as this local has multiple games to play with your friends, like: Activity, Dixit, simple cards, chess, poker and the examples keep going. Also, the people found at 'The American Cafe' are really cool and nice guys :)
Because it is cosy, and the staffs are friendly. You totally have to try it out!
Mellow music, good coffee and helpful . Nice, but the only connection with America, from what I can see, is a photo of the Brooklyn Bridge
The place is quite small, but the food and coffee are very good. You can also play some board games with your friends while you are there. Good prices.
Cozy and comfortable place. Very nice and friendly staff, speaks English very well and can deal with little kids. Highly recommend :)
