I sent them my thesis and all the details of the printing in the email on Wednesday. I was called multiple times in the same day because of my thesis and I tried to change the pages as they told me. At 5:10 pm the lady from the print shop called me again and after 3 minutes I sent her an email directly from WeTransfer. After that I called to see if they got the email and I was being told that the print shop it's closed from 5 pm(even if they called me at 5:10 pm) and she didn't give me any info. Today (Monday) I called to see if my thesis was printed and she told me that I didn't send any paperwork last week. I sent her again the thesis today and she called me yelling that the pages are all wrong (even if I did everything that she told me to do last week). I was about to yell at her back but I hold it and I've asked nicely if she could maybe sent me an email with all the details to change once and for good my thesis.(it's not my job to know how it should look when it's printed). And she yelled at me again for not being her job to sent me an email with the printing criteria..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
