I wish I had a chance to review the cleaning services but I couldn't because the lady at the reception said it would take around 4-5 hours to clean my car. There were 4 people washing cars and 1 more in front of mine. There's no way I will leave a expensive car with people that don't even want to be there to do their job and quote made up figures for waiting times. Pathetic. But that's Cluj in a nutshell.

They said it would be one and a half hour, still waiting after 3 hours!!!! AVOID !! In loc de 1 ora 3 minute au trecut 3 ore si nu e gata. NESERIOZITATE LA PRET MARE!!!

After I saw so many bad reviews, I was very skeptical but? I was like hmmm you know what let me give it a try, I chose the full package car wash and the service was great the guys did a fantastic job. It took them 45 mins to get the car ready while my wife and I did our Christmas shopping upstairs at IuliusMall. I would definitely highly recommend it!

They did a very poor job on the car on washing it and also did costly damage!!! They deep scratched a gloss trim and also manage to rip off/stab the door panel; incredible ignorants... And I get the scratch...you hold some keys while rushing to do a poor job anyways, press a bit on the trim and that’s it. Enough to clearly lose a client and I move on. But how do you do a 3cm stab/rip on the interior door panel I cant figure...that is a very tough material! Posted a photo as it is too damn unbelievable... And this is for you, the tiny one who did this next thing (probably will never read it, but hey...). I hope you enjoyed taking my car for a ride. In the reality that you clrealy don’t understand yet, this statement is a fact, simply out of the car data like location, time, rpm, G force etc. And here all you had to do was to arrange my int mirror, steering wheel and seat height back...and park it right, not scratching my rear bumper against a masonry pole!!!

Expensive. Then on top of that the car was left wet (not dried) whilst the interior wasn't cleaned properly. Windshield dirty, cupholders dirty, trunk not cleaned at all. Really bad value for money. The only reason they got 2 stars and not 1 is their sms alert system to announce that your car is done. Bottom line: wash your car elsewhere

Avoid. They leave your car unlocked and leave it parked badly (no space to open doors, even left an obstacle in front). Reg plate lost paint after the wash. Don't leave coins and such in your car ... they get \vacuumed\.
