Horrible service, destroyed our trip!!! Gave us a car that can not travel out of Romania after asked us and we're told that we going to Hungary. Refused to help once we stopped at the border. Admitted that we told one of the partners that we traveling but not the other partner. Kept telling us it our fault and refused to help. Stay away from them, scammers!!!

They didn't have the car I wanted at first, but the next model was available. The booking process was fast, without problems despite wanting to go across the border and the car was in a clean condition. The return was flexible (I extended by a few days) - and the drop off was quick and without any fuss despite the fuel being lower and the car a little late. Thanks PHP - will use again
I would highly recommend PHP Rent a Car( Cluj Airport ) . I had such a pleasant experience with the company. They demonstrated professionalism and had a very smooth ride from the airport to my hometown. I had the pleasure to ride with a very experienced, well travelled, knowledgeable driver, Darius. Good prices and great service !

I booked a car on the phone 3 days prior to the pick-up date and when I got there they had no record of this booking. They didn't even offer an alternative solution so I couldn't get any car and that messed up my plans for 4 days. This company provided me with an example of very poor management.
