One star is much for this rent a ski spot. I will never use it again. The place is dirty, the stuff is unwelcoming, rude and arrogant. They required original ID and hold it on the reception all our stay! This is unheard! Hello...- you are EU citizens! Don't you know this is forbidden to require our personal data??? And to keep it at the reception ! Unbelievable... !!! I truly don't recommend this place! If you have choice, just skip it from your plans!

I rented some skis and boots from here, they equipment was old and absolutely ruined (skis were scratched up beyond belief and really bowed). I may as well have strapped fence palings to my feet. The staff were also rude and had no intention of being even remotely helpful. Do not go here, I went elsewhere within a minutes walk and the equipment was the same price and substantially better (with much more helpful and pleasant staff).
