MARE GRIJA CU EI! Am luat un laptop de la ei, in anunt si la confirmarea telefonica parea totul bine, pana am primit coletul si am vazut ca pe factura scria ca are pete pe ecran, lipsa incarcator. In ziua aia i-am contactat pentru retur, le-am trimis formularul completat, toate bune. Am trimis si laptopul, au confirmat ca l-au primit in data 04.01.2021 si ca urma sa primesc banii ulterior. Pe 13.01.2021 i-am sunat si m-au mintit ca primesc banii pana la sfârșitul saptamanii. Pe 15. 01.2020(vinerea) depaseau termenul de retur al banilor(14zile) asa ca le-am facut reclamatie la ANPC, o sa dureze 30 de zile, la care se mai pot adauga 15 zile. Astept rezolvarea de la ANPC GRIJA MARE CU COMENZILE ONLINE LA EI!
