First with the good parts: its a unique location, i would say almost luxurious and exquisit. The Rooms are standard size, bathroom looks very nice, almost like a 4 star Hotel. Rooms are clean and with attention to detail. Matching paintings and a nice clock that twice a day shows the right time. ;) . The partially high sealing in the room give it a pleasent feeling and making the room look somehow more spacious. The living area, lobby or whatever u want to call it, had a nice fireplace (u do not need it, it is fairly warm inside in wintertime) as for a cozy evening its the perfect place. Kitchen in the back of the living, is fully equiped and good quality furniture and stuff, thing i can say for everything in the location, good wuality, from floor to sealing. Staff is very nice and helpful. Now to the NEGATIVES: wifi bearly reached my room, i do not know about closer rooms to the router but i state what i experienced. There was a heater black out around mid night that lasted till morning, even though an auxiliary electrica heater was in the room , it was not pleasent to wake up shiverring at 4 am just to plug in the electro heater. The view of one side of the room is a wooden wall, better than a brick wall, but still. The rooms have 2 sidewalls out of glass sliding doors, that is nice for voieurs, but if you dig privacy, the courtains that are supposed to block the view are doing that, but the feeling of someone‘s watching is still there. They have a nice kitchen but no restaurant nearby, the closest is 8 mins by car. Breakfast was not included, so u better pack food supplies. No family rooms apartments, designed only for couples, this is a big minus as our daughter had to sleep in a separate room, where we paid full price.
All in all its a nice peacefull place, that gaved me somewhat of a spa feeling. Far from civilization, in a remote village, for who likes that, its ok. The river sound is also a plus i would say.
