I have been using Carrefour web-site to order birthday cakes for my family. I live in Canada and I wanted to surprise them, and, yes, it was a big surprise when they opened their door to see a big box with a fabulous cake inside. Their customer service is exceptional. The place has a good variety of products and services with average prices. Their loyalty program is quite interesting and more attractive compared with its competitors. What I apreciated the most: 1. the stuff being very friendly, helpful, and with an young average age, and 2. the self check out devices.
Big. Spacious, plenty of shelves, lots of variety, fresh meat, fish, cheese and vegetables daily, friendly staff. Only thing that was missing was the management being on the shop floor chatting to it's customers, which is vital to keep your future business and trends.
Clean, well stocked and polite and helpful personnel
Like any other supermarket. Some prices are ok but there are certain products that have unexplainable high prices for a supermarket. Still it's the biggest in town and has the most diverse product offer.
