The rooms are very well-made and the staff is friendly and will tell you everything you need to know. The location is good, it's easy to get to. The lobby is fine as well, nicely organised.

We played two rooms here and both were really good. I'd definitely recommend Captive and will be coming back. We played with our two young kids and the staff were great at advising us the most suitable rooms (Langdon and Coca Cola btw). Lots of space in the reception area to sit before/after a game, plus tea and coffee and ware available.

We are in Romania. It s not that hard to be friendly, the staff is ok-ish people go there to have a nice time, unless you have a good attitude maybe some of them should not work there, but also if you don't expect nice atitude from staff then you'll be ok. Maybe it s me...! The rooms are nice. But some of the things/equipment gets stuck.
