Untrustworthy, careless and dishonest. Santa Fe accompanied me in the process of renting an apartment when I arrived in Romania as an expat for a French company. Their agent made me sign a check-in inventory in Romanian which did not account for extensive pre-existing damage, even though she repeatedly assured me it did. No photos or other evidence was kept that day, and no translation provided to me. As a result of their blunder I had to pay personally thousands of euros for damage I was not responsible for. They never even acknowledged any wrongdoing, merely saying they were sorry for the situation. By all means I recommend avoiding them.
