Delivery
After a sucessful visit we found the perfect matress here. However, we have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for the quote and no info was sent. A sudden email asking about the delivery was sent and i replied to the owner of the shop that the delivery time requested originally was one week earlier and due to the lack of feedback we found another alternative for the matress. I also informed him that i hope for a future better collaboration and communication. The reply back was blunt, arrogant and unexpected. The seller says that I should have called back and ask for the missing info and that he wishes no future collaboration with us. Sad to see the mentality and attitude of romanian entrepreneurs whilst selling international products with great quality yet highly priced. Dissapointing!!!

Exquisite portfolio and quality for their Pikolino Spanish mattresses (Hilton, Mariott etc use them), very friendly and well documented staff. Prices above the average. Parking in the area problematic. Store is inside America House, you enter via a coffee shop downstairs, near the \Salterra\ sign. They don't sell the bed bases for mattresses, but they offer to buy the appropriate one for you and deliver it together with the mattress,which I consider \going the extra mile\ for a customer that wants the full package.
Nice shop for mattresses. They have a big product range and the sales women is very nice and weell prepared. The products they sell seem to have high quality but the prices are also high.
A good place to buy a good mattress. The people there are very pleasant and helpful.

O firma foarte neserioasa pe care nu o recomand. Am comandat o somiera a venit cu defecte din fabrica (nu s-a efectuat controlul calitatii). I-am instiintat ca doresc banii inapoi, a urmat un ping pong de u va convine o returnati\ u va dam banii\ \va dam banii\. Si banii s-au returnat după aproape 2 sapt dar si-au pastrat banii de transport desi a fost vina lor 100%. Aveti grija cu ei.
