Deservedly so: Well, when my lady woke up this morning, due to the unrelenting heat of a Bucharest summer's morning dawned, unable to relax and sleep any more with the AC turned up to maximum, it became decidedly apparent that no one should be subject to such wrath - particularly only following about one month after a new air conditioning system installation was completed by sub par, un-professional people who shall remain nameless... Following a desperate search for answers in a crazy world of unreliable service and let downs, \Reparatii Aer Conditionat Bucaresti\ was called at the first opportunity. After speaking with the polite and helpful person on the phone that dreadful morning, sweat beading on our foreheads, we were promised a service visit that very afternoon in the mars like conditions of an intense Romanian summer. Yes - that's right. The same day. Following several hours of scepticism, doubt, and the anxiety looming over yet another potential evening of shallow, broken sweaty sleep - the familiar sound of the intercom buzzer broke the drought of waning patience. OUR TECHNICIANS HAD ARRIVED!! On the white horses of tool kits and R410A refrigerant cylinders they rode - and swiftly diagnosed a poorly assembled pressure line with badly flared fittings that leaked; the system recharged - leaks checked, and the system tested with the proud faces of the techs nodding in agreement that the temperature of the output of the troublesome AC was beginning to drop as if in a dream!! Au venit in aceasi zi in care i-am contactat. Curatarea si igenizarea aparatului a fost facuta repede si cu simt de raspundere. Aceasta a prelungit viata aparatului vechi de 14 ani cu inca 3-4 ani. Va multumesc!
