Great skills! Changed heels, heeltaps.... my precious shoes look like new ones! Easy to pay, easy to park.

completely destroyed my italian handmade shoes of 3 months old. i asked him to glue the sole better on (which was glued badly by another sole repair and put a new heel , upon he on own initiative ,without asking removed the entire top of the shoe glued it on a plastic bottom (so yes bridge and all) . because he claimed it was broken. if it was he could have called me and ask me what i wld want (and i would have brought the shoe to someone else to put a heel on, EVERYBODY CAN DO THAT)on top of that he broke the metal clasp to close the shoe. and the we had to have a discussion (yes i lost my coupon that s true) about paying (i paid up front , he must know he lets people pay up front ) so my beautiful shoes are refurbished to chinese plastic. thanks a lot. NEVER AGAIN , i should be refunded really!

I needed just a small fix for my shoes, to glue the tip of one of them. I appreciate the cobbler noticing and fixing the edge of the soles which required repainting. The only minor inconvenience was that it took multiple days for such a small fix.
The man running this shop is friendly, talented with repairs, and charges a very fair price. I asked him to repair a laptop bag, and he did an excellent job of fixing the damage, and also reinforcing the area so it won't come apart so easily in the future. I'm very happy with his work. 100% recommend him.

Nu Recomand! Servicii Scumpe , Calitate Slaba, Cizmar Nereceptiv. Am apelat pt. schimbarea unor talpi , am cerut (de mai multe ori verbal si pe mesaje ) sa fie de cauciuc ( la fel ca cele anterioare) , m-a asigurat ca asa va fi iar cand le-am ridicat am constat ca talpile erau din plastic , de cea mai slaba calitate ... Un Cizmar care nu il intereseaza Multumirea Clientului , face aceasta meserie doar pt. bani ....
