I'm not from Bucarest but I've a very dear friend that lives there so for her birthday I've ordered a bouquet with a spefic type of flowers and arrangement, they were very gentle and professional in collecting all the requested flowers and arranging them in a wonderful bouquet, but most important, the person who has received them was very happy about the beautifull surprise. Nu recomand ! Mi-am dorit sa ii trimit unei prietene un aranjament de Crăciun , așa ca am făcut o comanda pe data de 21 dec care urma sa fie livrata pe 22 dec. Dupa multe telefoane și încurcaturi aranjamentul a ajuns pe 24 dec seara cu un Uber. Sunteți foarte prost organizați , era mult mai frumos sa refuzați comanda dacă aveați atât de multe comenzi preluate înainte sau sa informați clientul despre situația actuala. Din păcate nu se pot face surprize cu florăria voastră! Sunt total dezamagita !
E firesc ca un aranjament sa nu fie identic cu cel din imaginea de prezentare, insa intre cele doua imagini atasate diferenta cred ca e semnificativa. Practic a fost inlocuit elementul central, adica dovlecelul, cu un mar iar aspectul per ansamblu consider ca e destul de ciufulit.
