Customer service - zero! M-am asigurat de la telefon ca pot merge in locatia din Romana si doamna mi-a spus ca momentan nu au pompa de heliu si ca o pot achizitiona de la ei. I-am spus ca nu cred ca am nevoie de o pompa pentru cateva baloane, ulterior am intrebat totusi care este pretul pompei si mi-a raspuns: \Da' cat credeti ca costa un balon?\ :))))) HILAR
