Looks really nice and prices are average comparing to other apartments in the same area and keeping in mind the quality here. But the green area you post in plans is from Ikea Building Park and you know very well it will go away soon and the front view will be a 12 floor building .

Bucatarii \moderne\ fara geam, inghesuite in spatele camerei de zi. Peste 100k euro pentru niste apartamente care nu respecta normele in constructii. Fereastra este obligatorie la bucatarie, orice inginer care stie sa citeasca stie acest lucru. Miros oribil in timpul constructiei si abia au ridicat un etaj. Enorm de mult praf faceti... s-a inventat apa, va rugam sa o folositi. Unii din noi locuim in zona deja.
