We had a wonderful, full day tour of Bran Castle and the lovely city of Brasov with Daniel! Daniel is professional, knowledgeable, and was a spectacular guide! I highly recommend this personalized tour! Thank you, Daniel, and Mr. Tripp, for a day we'll never forget! (Aries power!)

Excellent trip to Peles castle, bran(Dracula) castle and Braşov city. Guide was very good and the driver! I was there in the Christmas time so there were terrible traffic we scheduled to come back in Bucharest at 20:00 but we arrived 23:30, well festive times we have to accept that important thing is the driver was very safe and guide was very good!

I went on the Dracula’s castle tour with this company and was not happy. Firstly the tour is way overpriced for what you would pay for anything in Romania. The bus was 20 minutes late to pick us up. The traffic is just normal Romanian traffic, if you can’t meet timelines, make 1 pick up stop! The guide was friendly in the beginning however really could not manage a group of 25 people. She did not set clear timelines and people were always late back to the meeting points. This is not the guides fault, however she needed to be more strict with the importance of meeting times, other group members constantly came back late because they know she would always wait around. Every stop we were delayed 20 mins at a minimum which resulted in only 45 minutes free time for Braşov!! This is not enough time, it was a 30 minute line just in Starbucks! Towards the end of the tour you could see she was frustrated however still did not set expectations. TIP- when you have a large tour group and a lot of people, you must set expectations and the importance of meeting times with such a full itinerary trip. 12hr tour to 15 hr tour is not good. Addition: based on feedback response from the company, no interest in taking the feedback on, only defending what they do (clearly not wanting to improve). Such a shame seeing as the tour running well/effectively would be such a great tour.

I went on the city drive tour that takes you to the Dmitry Village, Parliament building, and the Patriarchal Cathedral. They will not take a solo traveler, but there were 2 other people who happened to sign up. They were not adventurous so the guide had some problems trying to connect with the group. You spend an hour at the village, which is probably too long for most people. If you were to walk around it; it would probably take 20 minutes. Hopefully you want to read up on some of the buildings though. The Parliament was closed to the public. We saw the building, but did not stop for pictures. I had to walk back on my own another day where I also took pictures of the new cathedral being built. The main benefit of this tour that I would not have done on my own is see the Patriarchal Cathedral. The guide took us inside and it was neat see. Using the subway and a bit of walking you could easily do this tour on your own so long as you have the time. I do enjoy discovering things on my own.
