I like this place and their entire beauty chain. The staff has similar training and you could expect the same quality in every of their locations. What I learned during the time is that you have to be very specific with their employees. They are not the type of beauty specialists who could recommend something, not much in the proactive zone. You should explain with details what results you want. For instance for hair colours they would ask your what colours to mix because they don't want to take ownership. I recommend the nail polish, waxing and face treatments. I really like the app they have and the fact you can make an appointment through the app and they'll call you to confirm. Based on your previous services you will get discounts. They offer a guarantee for some services so you can come back for a quick fix if one of your nails gets broken.
