Update: increasing the review rating, due to the fact that we have managed to collaborate with one of the teams. The personal was professional and offered us all the details necessary to proceed with the project. We have accepted their offer and will continue with the project. Adding for now 3 stars, and will be revised once the kitchen will be installed We have sent a special project, for a kitchen, that is not conventional. They have not even bothered to provide an offer, regardless of the costs. They said that they cannot execute kitchen with other angles than 90. No other information was offered here... So, I'm asking, what is the point of calling yourselves an provider of custom made kitchens, if you cannot execute anything which is not standard?..... I do not recommended this business!

I really liked this showroom. They use the space to the maximum and present kitchen samples from different styles. We didn't interact with the sellers because we're busy configuring a kitchen for another client, but we inspected the materials they work with and we liked them. We will definetely consider kitchen expert when time will come to build our new kitchen.

Worst experience as a customer. After waiting more than 2 hours in the showroom and when our turn came, the sales consultant brought one of his relatives in front of us. It's completely unacceptable! Avoid them at all costs!

Quality furniture and decent pricing. Kitchenexpert delivered my custom kitchen exactly as I wanted it. It looks great, the quality of the work and materials is very good. The consultant that helped create the project was very open and helped to create the furniture exactly the way we wanted it. I would reccomend them as professionals and for the quality of their furniture.

Peste asteptari ! Proiectul a fost destul de dificil din cauza spațiului limitat disponibil, a formelor si a unghiurilor ciudate a pereților și, în special, a localizării conductelor de apă și de gaz. Proiectantul, Silviu a venit cu o solutie ingenioasa si anume prelungirea tevilor in spatele corpurilor de bucatarie, sub o masca. A iesit perfect estetic si functional ! Nu doar atat, dar am incorporat toate electrocasnicele dorite, si am dat bucatariei exact forma si culoarea pe care ni le doream. Materialele de foarte buna calitate, in special blatul si sistemele sertarelor, personalul a fost foarte profesionist si amabil. Toate corpurile sunt aliniate la dunga, chiar si cu peretii asa dificili In afara de bucatarie, ne-au realizat inca 2 corpuri de mobila pt hol si cu siguranta vom mai colabora si in viitor. Recomandam !

Dupa 2 bucatarii realizate, pot spune ca voi colabora tot cu ei si pentru alte proiecte. Atentia la detalii in proiectare, disponibilitatea de a gasi solutii si in situatii problema, materialele de calitate si oportunitatea de a avea cele mai moderne accesorii in mobila de bucatarie sunt motivele pentru care ii recomand. Sunt un client exigent, deloc usor de satisfacut, dar pot spune ca au atins nivelul asteptarilor mele, iar daca au avut situatii de remediat, au raspuns prompt.

Profesionalism la cel mai inalt nivel. Foarte multumit de colaborare si de bucataria achizitionata. Proiectare, masuratori efectuate de arhitect, randari 3D, executie si montaj de super calitate. Multumiri doamnei Laura Mocanu pentru implicare. Recomand cu incredere echipa Kitchen Expert.
