Horrible communist style rathole. I made an appointment to do a covid test. I found out that the appointment was for the cashier!!! After taking almost 100 EUR from me, they told me to wait in line, outside, in the sun, with many other people. They had 3 people at the cashier and only one nurse performing tests. On top of this, many tour leaders were skipping the line with their groups after hush discussions with the person who was overseeing the line. I was promised the test would be emailed within 48 hours. After waiting more than that I found out it was posted online and not emailed because I did not have a Romanian phone number!!! Disgusting experience. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad conditions, they do not respect the appointments and the staff (administrative and medical) is rude.

A fost sotia sa faca o radiografie pulmonara post covid, la recomandarea medicului de familie. Cand a mers pentru interpretare la alta clinic, ulterior, doctora i-a spus si i-a aratat pe radiografie ca partea de jos a toracelui nu a fost incadrata. Practic primi 5 6 cm ai radiografiei reprezinta nimic, iar de jos lipsesc 4 5 cm din torace. O singura treaba a avut radiologul de facut: sa aseze bine aparatul pe torace. Nu i-a reusit, e complicata treaba.
Nu recomand aceasta clinica sub nicio forma. Am mers cu mama in data de 25.01 pentru efectuarea unui RMN, totul bun pana au trecut cele 10 zile in care trebuia sa primesc rezultatul. Am sunat de 3 ori in call center sa solicit solutionarea situatiei intrucat mama mea are nevoie urgenta de acel rezultat, nu m-a ajutat nimeni cu nimic. Mi s-a spus voi primi rezultatele cat mai repede, nu si-au dat nici cel mai mic interes. Dovada de incompetenta, lipsa de bun simt si profesionalism, servicii medicale egale cu 0.
Programarea nu s-a respectat. Medicul a venit mai tarziu. Consultatie pe repede inainte. Banii luati...
