Nice central place. Close to Cismigiu park. Very good food. The prices are normal for the area. Not on the cheap side. Gambrinus is a recommended beer.

A big spacious interior, the menu is versatile and not expensive. The service was attentive and pleasant, unfortunately the kitchen was very slow, we waited 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The steak was very salty, and the ribs were good but they come with bland potato chips without any sauce or dip. The mixed salad was very simple
Delicious hearty Romanian food at reasonable prices. Soups and ustic potatoes\ highly recommended. Tip: Tends to get busy on Friday evenings so calling to make a reservation advisable.
pleasant enough bar, but like most of Bucharest, you have to escape the smoking outside and go and sit inside. However, a big spacious bar area and lots of tables. Service was fine and the menu was extensive. Having been signed up to a large brewery now, a lot of the craft beers were no longer available, so it was chilled fizz lager type beers, though we did find some remaining slightly different bottles. we had the ribs which were very tasty and beautifully tender. Well positioned on the corner of the main road and near to our hotel.
Lovely old Bucharest beer house. Friendly staff excellent food and great beer.

Nice food and beer. Slightly higher in price than other places but I guess that is based on location. One of the only places we drank from stein's which was fun though.
