The personal is nice, the flowers are beautiful but the price is enormous
Compared to other Iris shops, the florist here just sold a flower bouquet that was there already. When visiting the one on Calea Moșilor, the florist offered to create a flower arrangement on the spot. Well that was a great customer experience!

I love this flower shop. They always have great flowers and bouquets. The prices are a little bit higher than in other flower shops, but I think they're worth the price difference.
The stuff is great. Always very nice flower arrangements.
It's a lovely place, mostly thanks to the staff, that's incredibly friendly and helpful and dog-accommodating. Staff went out of their way to give my dog some water.
