Nice clean place.. Courteous staff.. The person at the door assisted in preparing the documents and it was easy.. I was in and out in 10 mins

It is a decent place comparing to other institutions. You get a waiting number and helpful instructions from their staff. Been there to issue my passport and had a short waiting time, shorter than the one in Pipera. Polite employees. No parking lots nearby makes it a little hard to reach by car unless you are lucky. However the metro station is nearby.

I would rate it ZERO stars! After waiting ONE AND A HALF HOURS in a never-ending queue, a fat arrogant state functionary rejected my application because electronic passport tax was paid via home banking, EVEN THOUGH THIS OPTION EXISTS IN THEIR CRAPPY SITE. Calling them for further information is a non-option as well since NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!
