Don't buy from these crooks, we have bought an appartement from them. At first sight everything looks ok, but after a few weeks living in the appartement you begin to realize that everything was made using the cheapest material ever. The granit or whatever is used on the stairs in the entrance is all broken after 2 years. Every time it rains the parking and the deposit spaces undeground are all flooded (and when I say flooded.. I'm not kidding.. You can swim..). The flooring in the appartement is making noise at each step after 1 year. We have cracks on almost all the walls. You feel the cold going through the window frames. A real mess... If you don't want to lose 70k, don't buy from them.

ATI CONSTRUIT O MIZERIE DE BLOC , ATI FOLOSIT CELE MAI IEFTINE MATERIALE , NE PLOUĂ ÎN CASE SI IN SUBSOL . BLOCUL ESTE NETERMINAT , PEREȚII AU IGRASIE ȘI LISTA CONTINUĂ. O EXPERIENȚĂ NEPLĂCUTĂ PE CARE NU O RECOMAND NIMĂNUI ! NU ATI RESPECTAT TERMENII CONTRACTUALI , NE-ATI VANDUT O MINCIUNĂ ȘI NE-ATI LIVRAT O MIZERIE ! NEOFORT CONSTRUIEȘTE DEZASTRUOS .
Când veniți să vă terminați blocul ? L-ați dat în folosință în 2018 și nici până acum (2020)nu l-ați finisat/finalizat ! O rușine de constructie! Ați folosit materiale ieftine și forță de muncă necalificata ! Niciun zid nu este drept ,aproape toate balcoanele au infiltrații de apă. Ați venit să eparați\ ,ați făcut doar \cârpeli\ . Ați lăsat multă mizerie in urmă voastră . Așa lucrează Neofort ! Nu va obosiți să aveți vreo reacție în urma acestui comentariu ,întrucât avem o multitudine de dovezi/ fotografii și somații care dovedesc cele susținute de mine aici. Pentru cei interesați ,am atașat fotografii acestui comentariu .
Am cumpărat de la ei. Mi s-a răspuns foarte prompt cand am avut nevoie de informații și au dat dovada de multa flexibilitate. M-au consiliat in avantajul meu si si - au respectat termenele . Felicitări! Mai rar asa ceva !

Nu a fost loc pentru negocierea termenilor si conditiilor din contracte, motiv pentru care achizitia apartamentului vizat nu s-a finalizat. D-l Igor Calutu a dat dovada de inflexibilitate in acest sens si a fost complet lipsit de tact.
