Poor service from the staff, food and drinks took nearly an hour to arrive, and the waiter had a melt down when we told them we wanted to split the bill. It wasn't even that busy when we were there!
Fine restaurant, great view to Postavaru mountin and very great people.
Very bad service! I told a member of stuff (a waiter) that i have an allergy, he start shouting at me. I will never ever go there again.

Oameni deosebiti! Cazarea si servirea in stil austriac, mancarea, așișderea iar pozitia este exact ce trebuie, langa cele doua cabine. Intre pensiune si cele doua cabine iti ofera posibilitatea sa-ti inchiriezi toate "acareturile" de care ai nevoie cand urci pe pârtie.
Arata ok. Preturile sunt acceptabile pentru Poiana. Personal amabil. Imposibil sa iei un mic dejun (prima data nu m-am incadrat in orele de servire, apoi, data urmatoare, au avut "ochiurile" ocupate cu mancarea pentru cazati - am stat doua ore si mai mult de 5 cazati nu au calcat prin restaurant).
