Just alright: clean but not well organized, without any new investment, without any new project and so on. There are a lot of delays, of course, because of the same lack of investments in the entire Romanian railroad system, unfortunately. But, as I told you, it is a clean areal, the people from the staff are able, polite and good intended. They have an old locomotive, a steam one, very spectacular, you may go thre to admire that marvelous engineering artifact...

You'll easily fall in love with the county of Brasov. It's picturesque and lots of things are within proximity from the train station.

Acceptable. It is not the cleanest place. Some beggars can be present. As overall, doing what is supposed to do.

The train station appears old and with lack of investment on its infrastructures and cleaning. Buying ticket was quite simple and fast (even though most employees don't speak english), since you can see the train numbers on the digital board and also on the Internet. My train was delayed almost more than 30 minutes (IR 347 from Brasov to Bucharest) with no apparent reason. Also when the train arrived it was very difficult to figure out which carriage was mine since there was no numbering match between ticket and the carriages. I had to ask for help to locals. Inside the train the seats were confortable and the air conditioning was proper. The trip was calm and smooth with some nice landscape to enjoy during the trip.

Station is fine, don't get sucked into horror stories. Only the one entrance which is easy, ladies at ticket booths have enough English to help you out, we arrived from Budapest and bought a ticket from Bucharest to Istanbul easily. Caught the #4 bus into old town easily, lots of locals will help you out in English.

Extremely dirty train station. One of the worst or maybe the worst train station that I’ve been so far. Ticket windows are insufficient and the workers cannot speak English. Even the online ticketing system is just like being created in Soviets. There is a Mc Donals in the center which is one of the dirtiest in the world...

Brasov is a beautiful city. Drivers and people were much elegant than Bucharest. But what happened to the train station! The municipality of Brasov was doing nothing about it? It's one of the worst train station I even been. It's full of many types of people which I don't bother to mention too much. My first time seeing the train schedule was done by pasting large piece of paper over the board. It's eye opening. Felt that Brasov train station deserves better.
