Update: I have actually managed to visit their facility and get my blood tests sorted, it was an ok experience, can't complain, update the review to 3 stars. Initial review: They might be very well recommended and their results might be good, but their customer service skills over the phone are lacking completely. Will update once I actually get an appointment, but the lady on the phone was rushed, she did not reply to my question with any courtesy and hung up the phone without asking more about my enquiry or trying to offer any options.

In perioada de pandemie, când toată lumea încearcă să evite contactul fizic, la Synevo trebuie sa mergi ca la poștă sa te programezi fizic cu biletul de trimitere în mână... Daca nici în sistemul de sănătate nu se încearcă trecerea cat se poate in on-line....e trist
