Bad customer service, condescending, rude and unwilling to help. I understand that it's closed and they don't deliver on the 30th of December, but absolutely zero customer service skills. Unwilling to go the extra mile and provide a solution or to even propose to have it delivered another day. No possibility to pay online with the card, just washed their hands and were happy to not have to have yet another (gasp) customer. Will definitely delete the account and never use them.

Ar fi bună o pliere pe gustul clienților. Adică dacă aș vrea să mi se elimine un ingredient, ar trebui să se poată. Nu să ne plafonam la niște rețete standardizate.
Cele mai bune prajituri si torturi. Toate preparatele sunt proaspete.
Nu am o parere foarte buna despre aceasta cofetarie pentru ca am cumparat prajituri stricate si vechi. NU RECOMAND..pe langa faptul ca nu sunt nici cei mai ieftini din Brasov(daca erau cei mai ieftini ma asteptam oarecum sa nu aibe o calitate inalta). Dar, am avut norocul ca din cele doua platori de prajituri cumparate sa nu fie toate stricate...mentionez ca am fost la cofetaria de pe Traian.
Es el primer lugar al que voy cuando necesito tartas para varias ocasiones. Esta vez he comprado el de frutos del bosque y chocolate y es riquisimo
Unele dintre cele mai bune deserturi cu ciocolata din oras, dar si pretul este destul de mare.
