Pretty decent experience. The people working there are quite nice and glad to help out. Maybe i caught them on a high-morale day but hey, it's an experience nonetheless. By far much better than other service providers i have had to visit in the past.

The guys at the office help you in a matter of seconds, the only downside is, that after you start a internet contract it takes the installation team 1 and a half month to call you just to schedule the installation date (btw after 1 and a half month of waiting and 2 report of waiting, still no sign)
