Disgracefully slow, it shouldn't take any business, especially a huge multi-national power company like EON so long to deal with it's clients especially if you are here to give new business! The sooner there is more competition the sooner EON will improve its service! Needs far more staff! Been here 1hour and seen 1 person served by the two EON representatives. Appalling! Life is too short for EON! They only get away with this because of the incredible patience and tolerance of the Romanian people.

La relatii cu publicul este o doamnă foarte plictisită și fara pic de bunăvoință.
Am cumparat o centrala termica, in rate, a 2-zi a fost montata si pusa in functiune.Personal f amabil, punctual, merita felicitari !!!
Problema mea a fost rezolvata in cel mai scurt termen posibil. Multumesc Doamnei care ma ajutat.
Se sta cam mult la coada la contracte /relații cu clienții ...
Nu enumăr sa stai 2 ore pt o problema de 10 min
