I've purchased a flexible ticket from them. We needed to change the dates, due to my son's health issue. Half day after I've requested the change, their colleuge called me that I have 10 minutes to pay the difference. TEN MINUTES IS NOT FLEXIBLE. I couldn't respond this fast, we were at the doctor. She also forgot to mention, that in the afternoon I'll have to pay about 300 eur penalty. So basically I've lost 3 ticket due to this. When you offer flexible ticket, be flexible and give at least 24 hours to make the payment. I'm sure they have excuses, but none can be accepted.
