I talked in person with an employee. He told me that YES, they can take a look and provide a detailed paper with what is wrong with the Roomba, also that THEY DID THAT BEFORE to another one, a few weeks before. He also told me the price 30Ron to provide the signed paper. When I came with the device, another employee told me that he does not want to take a look at it, that they do not repair electronics (only TV's), because legal stuff and that i should send it to another city. Also, he told me that he does not care about what the other employee told me. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!

Profesioniști, am mers cu ceva ce nu repara oricine.
Neprofesionalism,am sunat la dânșii sa repar 2module de amplificare...am vb cu unul dintre ei si a zis sa vin...apoi cand am ajuns sau uitat si au zis ca si depășește si au vb foarte urat!! \Clientul nostru stăpânul nostru \..nu zic...dar niste oameni de o joasă speță! Nu recomand acest butic!!
