Coming for 35km for the appointment at 8am to replace 2 speakers, with the possibility to replace all 4 of them. They won't allow you to assist inside, especially that my last cat was scratched inside by one of their guys 3 years ago with a screwdriver on the door panel. After telling them i can't allow this anymore and i will just buy the speakers with all the accessories to replace them myself, they said they don't know what lies begins the door panels. I asked them for a screwdriver to take out the panel myself and see what's there and they also said no. Too bad kindness is not found anywhere there and that it was replaced by the need to get money from every breath of air...

On the customer service side,they are great. They are giving you assistance even with the set up, they are giving you advices, and many more. But when it comes to the prices...it s a little bit spicy !
