The car was in very good condition and just what we needed for the weather in December.The staff was in any case very helpful and flexible and they gave us a ride back to the hotel when we returned the car. However, we trusted that the office would be opened 24h and went there at 8 am, but we were told their usual office hours are 9am-6pm and are in the office outside that timeframe only if you've made a prior reservation. We found the website for reservations very unhelpful and confusing as prices change randomly when picking a car.
