Worst Mercedes service ( probably from the world ). They don’t deserve a Mercedes license. I will go back in Germany and contact a real Mercedes handler and show him what they do to my car. I think that romanian people deserve a real Mercedes authorised service since I saw a lot of them on the street. Don’t go to them with a problem at your car because the problem will be bigger than the beginning. They don’t deserve a place in the market and I will do my best to take their Mercedes license off.

The best place in town!!!
Efectiv cel mai profesionist service auto din Sibiu (nu am fost in alta parte, altfel 90% as fi zis din tara). Baietii sunt profesionisti Mercedes-Benz, astfel incat cei de la auto class Sibiu nu au fost instare sa imi rezolve o problema la masina dupa o saptamana in care a stat masina acolo, insa la ei in 24 de ore am avut masina gata! (A durat atat din cauza asteptarii pieselor). Din cate stiu si cand e vorba de camioane/camionete/autoutilitare nu exista service sa le facă competiție la calitate si eficiență, am văzut ca au un mare meseriaș pe iveco, un adevarat maestru. Au preturi foarte bune la piese, manopera e ok, nu am sa mai merg vreodata la alt service nici macar pentru schimb de anvelope, mai ales ca au si hotel pentru roti, astfel incat doar ma duc cu masina cand vine sezonul de vara/iarna iar baietii monteaza rotile imediat si le echilibreaza profesionist. Recomand cu maxima sinceritate!
