I was very impressed to how they dealt with the delivery system during the 2020 pandemic and how they transitioned after that. Very serious people and whenever there was a problem with an order, no matter how small, I was immediately refunded or received a special delivery with the problematic items - no questions asked, just professional people. Thank you Auchan! P.S. Some of the weights in the online store are a bit wrong - if you pay for delivery by weight (depending on the store or location) you may find that you pay a lot more than the actual weight was supposed to cost. Guys please fix that :)
Good selection of products and their in-house delivery service is getting better and better (it now includes fresh produce). Would like a bit more variety in the eco/bio friendly products offer.
