I was there to check a error, the car was tested, error deleted, but no deep search of the problem. The error apear again and after several calls, I could get a reservation and again the car was tested but no deep check, now they tell that it is a different issue and they ask me to buy a very expensive module. Not satisfied about the services and I did not feel that they want to work on my problem, I feld that they want to finish with me very quickly! I don't recommend.

Am rezolvat o problemuta la masina!
Am fost pt o reparatie de far. dansii au comandat farul, apoi am stabilit ca luni la 10 ma prezint sa il monteze. Din pacate luni nu am ajuns. dar am trimis SMS luni la 8, apoi am sunat de 2 ori pe la 10:30 si 14. Nu a raspuns nimeni. Am sunat si marti . Am fost informata ca farul a fost trimis inapoi. Am primit raspunsul ca SMS-urile nu se verifica. Desi am dat numarul meu de telefon (cand s-a efectuat comanda farului) nu am fost sunata sa se intereseze macar daca mai doresc serviciul respectiv . Mi s-a parut ft neprofesionist.Pt ca nu din vina mea nu am putut sa respect programarea i am incercat pe toate caile posibile sa ii anunt.
Profesionalism si seriozitate! Au putut repara ceea ce nu au reușit alte ateliere din Arad, tot respectul meu! Marius
