Very sensitive owners of the company, they do not deliver their commitments. We discussed about a few changes to a constitutive act and a plan on an INC company - they agreed to help, we agreed on the costs and started. One of the steps was to create the INC - they promised to get back the next day therefore around 1pm I tried to call them. Because I got busy tone, I retried a couple of time - this was a *deal breaker* for them, they gave up on all their commitments and made me pay for the services they provide until then. Very unprofessional.
