Don't want to blame the whole staff as much as I want to blame the particular guy who didn't let me browse the products with my backpack on. Like what would have happened? Felt really bad about that, I mean is there a rule that states you can't wear your backpack or he just thought I look thiefy?
The staff generally can't be bothered to check on customers and see if they are interested in anything so you usually have to walk to thw counter and ask forbthe info you need. They are also reluctant to let you test sealed items in the store even if you want to buy them, as a damaged package seems to create insurmountable issues for them if you want to have the item replaced
