Nice place for a quick hike.
The access is a bit difficult, perhaps better to go up the rocks and follow the trail on the way up and the come down on the path. The citadel is ruined, with some walls, windows and a tower holding on. Vegetation overruns it and people throw their thrash, so uneducated. A panel gives some interesting info.
Very nice location at 30km from Arad. The fortress is very beautiful. The view from the hill where is placed the fortress is also nice. Perfect place for pictures and for a sunday hike(easy to travel). It's a must do if you are in Arad or near!
The hike is not hard, its about 30min. Great place.
It's a really nice place for hiking and have a relaxing day. It takes about 20 minutes to climb, then you'll find a great view on top.
An easy short hike from the road to the top. Nice ruin with a beautiful view over the valley. Good spot for photography.
