Lot of good quality products
They sold me an opened box as sealed one (brand new). Totally unacceptable!!!
The staff 2as bored didnt give us any information. We wanted to buy a mucrowave but went to another place to do so. The staff didnt know anything about the products
Very very bad customer service. 0 implication from staff. If u want something, you have to wait like 15 minutes to talk with someone from staff and they are also unfriendly and unprofessional.
A bit pricy than the rest of the Flanco stores.
