Nice staff, the building is in reconstruction. Small number of parking places for the customers. Probably the best service for vw cars.

Hidden costs(always ask about anything that they will do to your car and what is the cost for that), poor job, very high price! I took the car from there dirty. Very bad experience, never come back.

The worst customer service. Employees are very rude. Worst dealership. The service is ok, but again customer service is the worst.

Very bad services . For a scheduled changing tyres service you must wait 1 and a half hour. I definitely not recomand this place for car service or any other intervention on your car. Very bad customer service attitude also.

There were 2 911 Turbos S (the newest generation, 992) and 2 Taycans outside the dealership at the time of this review. Also the lamborghini dealership is right next to it.

I went with my car bought from Das Welt Auto - their own trading car shop for maintenance oil and filter exchange. The operation was not recorded in the service manual from the car. Seem to be the *client obligation* to ask for writing what was done. The car is still under factory guarantee but they charge for service operation and parts replacement finding all sort of loopholes (for instance they measure the thickness of the paint and if is more that 150 microns they refuted a door knob replace saying the cars door was repainted) ... I find that most of the service garages from my neighbourhood to offer more professionalism that I found here. After last check up for the door issue they left some part disassembled on the cars floor. I do not recommend!
