Very nice atmosphere here, a well maintained place, nice community.
The ideal place to live! Nice apartments, spacey, the outdoor area is dreamy! Clean swimming pools, gym, place for parties! I want to move there!!!
The idea when they starting building this residential complex and the general look was very nice, especially for Bucharest and Romania. And that's that. Overrated with very expensive apartments (both selling and renting prices), then and now. A lot of problems inside and outside the apartments and even in the parking when it rains. And with problems I mean flood problems, no electricity problems etc. No-one respects the rules, not even the administrator of the complex. Very bad and very cheap quality construction and materials. The only good think (and here is the catch) is the 2 swimming pools, one for each side is the complex. But they are nice when they are working properly and they are clean. It also has a hudge green area with an indoor gym and children playground.
If u have kids, more than enough

This place is just okay. The apartments are very small for the rent you pay, but sometimes you get a good deal. The pool and gym are large benefits to this place. Biggest issue is limited parking, especially for guests.
Clean and organized but the area around is unde construction and muddy.
